What Mentoring/Mentor Means to Me
Faith explains the importance of a mentor’s role in our first- ever series!
Mentoring is an integral part of every individual’s life. From college enrollment to employment, mentors provide young students with the guidance and help necessary to succeed in the classroom and in the real world. Today, there are thousands of mentoring programs aimed at helping at-risk youths and to combat lack of resources in schools as well as helping students find their career paths.
In honor of National Mentoring Month, the RBTeaM launches its first series entitled “What Mentoring/Mentor Means to Me.” This highlight is part of our Brainstorm! Segment on our Youtbe Page that will provide an inside look into our staff’s thoughts and opinions. In our first installment, Faith emphasizes the importance of guidance as a mentor.
